Yes. Hillcrest Security runs its own 24/7 monitoring and dispatch centre. When an alarm is triggered, our trained dispatchers coordinate the response immediately.

What happens when my alarm goes off?
The alarm alerts our 24/7 monitoring centre. A dispatcher reviews it and sends a mobile patrol unit, contacts your key holders or calls local authorities, depending on the situation and your instructions.
