Ideally we'd like a week's notice, but we understand there is no set time for security needs. Hillcrest Security can be ready to go with as little as 2 hours' notice.

Yes. There should never be a one-size-fits-all approach to security. Our experienced team will discuss your property, lifestyle and security needs, then develop a personalized security plan that fits your budget.

Yes. We provide one-off and short-term coverage, such as a single shift, a weekend or an event, as well as ongoing contracts.

Yes. Hillcrest Security provides professional, licensed, trained and insured uniformed security guards. Our team is licensed, bonded and insured.

Our security personnel complete training that covers First Aid and CPR certification, emergency response procedures, de-escalation and conflict resolution, hazard identification and risk assessment, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.

We have over 100 guards in the Lower Mainland, so our team can handle large event and patrol requests as well as single-guard posts.

Yes. We provide event security for everything from a hall party or wedding to large-scale events with thousands of attendees.

Yes. Our uniformed officers patrol in marked vehicles on randomized schedules, with GPS tracking of patrol routes and times, and our dispatch centre sends a unit to your property when an alarm goes off.

Yes. Hillcrest Security runs its own 24/7 monitoring and dispatch centre. When an alarm is triggered, our trained dispatchers coordinate the response immediately.

Yes. Our patrol guards use reporting software to log patrols in real time and take photos of incidents or hazards, so you receive detailed, transparent reports of their activities on your property.

Yes. We provide CCTV camera systems, intrusion alarm systems and keycard, biometric or keypad access control, monitored by our 24/7 monitoring centre and backed by patrol response.

We serve Surrey, Vancouver, Langley, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows and communities across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley from our offices in Maple Ridge and downtown Vancouver. We also now serve Vancouver Island, including Victoria, Nanaimo and Duncan.

Yes. Our security services and our own monitoring and dispatch centre run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and our phone line is available 24/7 for emergencies. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
