Mobile Patrol
24/7 monitoring · Mobile response
When your alarm goes off at 3 AM, someone needs to go and check. Our own 24/7 monitoring and dispatch centre sends a uniformed mobile patrol officer to your property, so you do not have to.

Why alarm response matters
Most alarms go off when nobody is on site. Without a response plan, the call goes to an owner or manager who has to decide in the middle of the night whether to drive out alone. That is slow, and it is not safe.
With Hillcrest alarm response, the alarm alerts our own 24/7 monitoring centre. A trained dispatcher coordinates the response and sends a mobile patrol unit to your property. The officer checks the exterior, looks for signs of entry and, if you provide keys, checks inside and secures the building.
If there is a break-in, damage or a hazard, the officer reports it right away, contacts the people on your call list and, where needed, local authorities. You receive a written report of what was found and what was done.
